Plot Summary
Set in the fictional St. Vincent College in Delhi, The Bhootnii revolves around the “Virgin Tree,” a campus legend believed to grant true love to lovers praying beneath it on Valentine’s Day. However, every Holika Dahan, a student dies, their soul claimed by a vengeful spirit, Mohabbat. The story follows Shantanu (Sunny Singh), heartbroken after a breakup, who seeks solace under the tree, awakening Mohabbat (Mouni Roy), a ghost infatuated with him.
